Service Technician

Whether you are looking to start your career or have years of experience, our team can partner up with you for a great career! We have an on-site training program to facilitate becoming a GM Certified Technician. This path will pay you along the way to a path where our ASE and GM Certified technicians earn six-figure income. We have a pay grid where you will continue to achieve raises based on your certifications starting from $24/hr all the way up to $53/hr a flat rate hour.

DeNooyer Chevrolet, a respected, family-owned dealership celebrating 70 years in business, is seeking a high-performing, customer-focused, legally sharp Finance Manager (F&I Manager) to join our leadership team in Holland, Michigan.

If you’re an experienced professional who knows how to drive product penetration, convert cash buyers to financed deals, and run a clean, compliant office — we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do

F&I Product Sales & Profitability

  • Present and sell a full portfolio of F&I products (VSC, GAP, Tire/Wheel, Appearance, Service Contracts, etc.)
  • Maximize product penetration while maintaining transparency and customer satisfaction
  • Convert cash customers to dealership financing using a consultative, value-driven approach
  • Structure deals for maximum front/back gross while staying within lender guidelines

Customer Service & Delivery Excellence

  • Build trust with customers through a transparent, educational approach
  • Communicate clearly with sales managers, salespeople, and lenders
  • Provide a smooth, efficient “We Make It Easy” customer experience

Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain full legal compliance (Federal, State, OEM, Lender)
  • Follow dealership F&I processes and documentation standards
  • Protect the dealership through proper disclosures and record keeping
  • Stay current on all regulations including Red Flags, OFAC, Privacy, and Adverse Action

Operational Excellence

  • Submit deals to lenders and secure approvals
  • Maintain strong relationships with lending partners
  • Work with management to improve PVR and product mix
  • Ensure clean, funded deals with minimal contracts in transit
