Derek found the exact Silverado I was looking for and had It brought to Denooyer quickly. He sent me a short video of it so I could see it. I Have bought many new trucks but have never had a salesman as enthusiastic as I was to get a new truck! This was all before the fourth of July and I decided I needed a set chrome steps and ordered them from GM parts. They arrived on July 8th and Denooyer body shop installed them the same day so I could take my new truck home that day!

With the purchase of or last car, the trailblazer in 2023 I was not real happy with the service department...so most service we take the vehicles to Preferred Chevy in Grand Haven. The two stars has nothing to do with the sales woman (Esther). She was excellent and deserves five stars. My problem is that I was only allowed to pay $2,000 with my GM rewards credit card and the balance of what I owed by certified check. I have a $6,000 limit on that card and feel either DeNooyer or Chevrolet should credit my rewards account with 24,000 additional points. I also had to pay a 3% charge for using my GM rewards card to buy touch up paint. I can't believe a Chevrolet dealership would restrict the use of a GM rewards card. Man up and do the right thing! I also ordered mud flaps so I'll probably have a 3% charge when they install them. I will also report this on the Chevrolet customer satisfaction survey.

Mike Osterhaven, is the reason I purchased my car through Denooyer, I went in to purchase a car that was online, when I got there I was told that the car was already sold, I was upset and was going to walk out, but Mike took the time to start explaining about all the different corvettes(they have a great display of corvettes) and after about 5 minutes, I was overwhelmed with the knowledge Mike had and after 30 mins, I could not imagine purchasing my car anywhere else. We recently purchased a new 2026 Chevy Silverado High Country. This was not our first purchase from DeNooyer Chevrolet. We have been fortunate enough to buy vehicles from them for over 20 years. Many dealerships have come and gone, been bought out or have taken on different names. DeNooyer has stood the test of time for a family owned and ran business. With this purchase we worked with different salesmen & finance people than we have in the past. Our salesmen, Derrick Francis & Mike Osterhaven, were great to work with. Derrick was patient and spent a couple of hours with us ordering the truck the way we wanted. Once the truck came in, Mike Osterhaven did a wonderful job getting us set up with finance & with the delivery. Then we were turned over to the finance department where we had the pleasure of working with Jade. The process was straight forward with no surprises. Jade was very knowledgeable and great to work with. We didn't pick the truck up for a few days due to a few dealer installed options. The next day I received a call from Dominic DeNooyer. He wanted to check to make sure that a couple of the options were installed the way I wanted. He was with Ross, the technician, from service. We got the problem solved and Ross continued to work his magic. I appreciated the phone call to make sure it was installed the way we wanted. Once everything was installed, I received a call from Mike and we set up a time for delivery. The day of delivery was 15 degrees. The truck was delivered inside the service department. That was amazing, I had the chance to look everything over without freezing. After talking to Mike for a while about some of the options, I was introduced to Eric Salas who is the tech guy. With the new vehicles these days you do need someone to get you acclimated with everything. Eric was great showing my wife and I all the new technology that was not on our last vehicle. We never felt rushed or embarrassed for asking questions. Really appreciated that. After Eric was finished, we got in our new warm truck & drove away. So, there you have it folks. Who ever reads this I hope you will consider this dealership. They have stood the test of time and do a great job getting things correct. Over the years I have dealt with the service department, parts department and the body shop. Any work that was done was exceptional. I called and asked for a salesman. I was transferred to Mike and he asked what I was looking to buy. I told him and we made an appointment for a few days later. When I arrived he greeted me and said let’s go for a ride! He already had a truck in mind for me! We added running boards and black graphics and made a deal! Eric helped set up the electronics in the cab and went thru the rest of the truck with me! Both gentlemen were very friendly and professional!
